Roasted Broccoli

Servings: 4
21-Day Fix Containers: 1 green

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp olive oil
8 cups broccoli florets
Sea salt
Pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
~ On a rimmed baking sheet (half sheet size works well), drizzle olive oil. Spread broccoli out on top of the oil. With your hands, turn broccoli a couple of times to coat with olive oil. Arrange broccoli in a single layer. Sprinkle generously with sea salt and pepper.
~ Roast broccoli in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until broccoli is cooked to desired tenderness and is caramelized on the side touching the pan.
