Ingredients:
2 oz cooked chicken breast, cut up
2 Tbsp plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp chopped raw pecans
1 (6-inch) whole wheat pita, cut in half to make pockets
2 tsp flax seed (optional)
Mixed vegetable medley (1 cup of your choice of fresh steamed veggies)
Directions:
~ Combine cooked chicken breast, yogurt, mustard, pecans, and flax seed in a small bowl. Mix well.
~ Fill both pita halves evenly with chicken mixture.
