Crunchy PB&J Shake

Servings: 1
21-Day Fix Containers: 1 red, 1 purple, 1 orange, 2 tsp

Ingredients: 
1 scoop protein powder
2 tsp natural PB or 4 tsp PB2
1 cup sliced strawberries or grapes
4 tsp chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, etc)
8 oz water
1/2 cup ice

Directions:
Blend and enjoy!
